What's your return policy?

Merchandise is able to be returned if unworn, tags are attached and in perfect condition for up to 14 days after delivered or purchased in store. Customer is responsible for all shipping on returned items. Once received, the customer will receive an email with a store credit that can be used at any time. No sale merchandise is able to be returned.

What's your shipping policy?

Customers will pay for shipping and it is based on where you live and the cost of shipping at the time, Shopify calculates this.

What's your turnaround time?

We ship all boutique clothing and accessories within 1-2 days. On made to order items, turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. Turnaround time would only be longer if you order a pre-order item which is stated in the title of the item.

If you order preorder or made to order items with ready to ship items, your ENTIRE order is held until everything is ready to ship.
